Recent consulting projects:


•  Expert testimony and consultation for CONANP (Mexico’s National Park Service), in support of a proposed UNESCO World Heritage Site designation for the El Pinacate y Gran Desierto de Altar Biosphere Reserve.   In 2013, the Pinacate Reserve received World Heritage Site status http://www.mexidata.info/id3679.html; on Earth Day 2014 President Enrique Peña Nieto, Sonora governor Guillermo Padrés Elías, the Secretary of the Interior, and the Director of the National Park Service (CONANP) flew in a helicopter brigade to the Pinacates to host a VIP celebration http://rockypoint360.com/president-pena-nieto-visits-pinacate/.  To see my iPhone photos of the president at this celebration, click here President Peña Nieto.


  1. Invertebrate Consultant, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)/USGS Coastal Biogeographic Risk Assessment Program


  1. The Pacifica Bay Development Project (Baja California), by the Mithun Group.  Conservation site planning for an environmentally-friendly resort community on the northwest coast of Baja California.


  1. The Sea of Cortez Exhibition, produced by David J. Wagner, LLCA traveling art exhibit sponsored by The Susan K. Black Foundation and David Wagner, LLC.  Planning and on-site logistics in an expedition to the Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California) by 35 professional artists participating in the exhibition.


  1. Start up and launch consulting for Blue Ridge Discovery Foundation (2011) and SABCC/Southern Arizona Buffelgrass Coordination Center (2009) - 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations.
